Quality thin and thick edgings, adapted to all or types of applications and providing maximum adhesion to the panel for a perfect finish.
Thicknesses 0.40 mm, 1 mm and 2 mm.
Available in plain colours, woodgrains and fantasies, in smooth, textured or wood pore finishes.
Produced according to the calendaring process, it is possible to supply different widths in the same order from jumbo rolls in stock.
PVC edgings are produced from a thermoplastic material named Polyvinyl Chloride. PVC is a solid and robust material with high dimensional stability, which is highly resistant to the impact and abrasion, chemicals and UV light, ensuring long tool life and easy machining. All Proadec PVC printed edgings are produced using an environment-friendly, VOC free, UV paint technology with excellent UV and scratch resistance. Proadec edgings are free of plasticisers and lead. All raw materials used in our production process are of controlled origins and of certified quality being extensively controlled by specific testing procedures, based on the REACH program and according to our own internal strict specifications.

PAINTABLE

Paintable is an edging specially designed to work out as a base to support painting, lacquering or gluing.
The main technical feature is a homogeneous adhesive primer coating applied on the surface of the edging, giving it the ideal adhesive properties to receive the final work. After the edging processing and before the painting/lacquering, the edging should be gently cleaned in order to remove any contamination (hands moisture, for example).
